Disclosure Requests for Non-public Registration Data
Use this page if you wish to request us to provide you with non-public Registration Data for one of the following namespaces: [list namespaces].
Please send an email to paia@domains.co.za with the following information:
1) Your name / the entity on whose behalf you are making the request
2) The contact information of the requestor including contact email address.
3) If you are acting on behalf of an entity, the nature of the requestor (company, trust, partnership etc)
4) If you are acting on behalf of the requestor, attach a power f attorney, letter of authority or similar basis for your representation of the requestor.
5) The domain name that is the subject of the request
6) A list of required data elements
7) The legal rights of the requestor to the information requested and a rationale and basis for the request.
8) You must affirm that you are making this request in good faith.
9) You must affirm that you will use any information that we provide to you in a lawful manner, and in particular in accordance with the registrant’s rights to privacy.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within two (2) business days after receipt, and respond with our decision on whether to accede your request (in whole or in part) within 30 calendar days after receipt of your request. Responses will be sent to the email address given in the request.”
